Why we started
NuvaPhase was born from lived experience, not marketing theory. Our founder, Steve Cook, spent more than 25 years as a financial planner, helping people build toward a comfortable retirement. Approaching his own, he realized something no portfolio could fix: financial readiness means little without physical vitality.
Most of us start planning for retirement in our 30s and 40s. Almost nobody plans for the body that has to live it. So he spent the next two years immersed in the science of healthy aging: muscle preservation, joint integrity, and cognitive performance.
Three ingredients consistently stood above the rest: micronized creatine for strength, collagen for joints and mobility, and citicoline for mental clarity.
