Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want a subscription to renew, you can cancel it.

Changing or cancelling

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time, and there is no fee for doing so. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, where you can manage your subscription.

If a delivery has already been processed when you cancel, that order will still ship. Your cancellation applies to all future deliveries.
